So Kapp! What inspired you to open up the Rookery cafe?
Kapp: Well, on top of that my cafe is rather cozy! People can come in for a nice cuppa to relax and unwind, I guess I just wanted a place for people to have a nice quiet time, as a good cup of tea really puts me at ease. I extend this sentiment towards my closest friends as well, I even have a custom tea mix for Ivory!
