Mawa/Khova is a sweet recipe. We prepare this especially on Holi and Diwali festivals. This is very famous recipe in South and North India with different names but the process is almost same. The process is a bit difficult and time consuming but the end result is wow. Here I shared easy recipe and I will give tips to make Halwai or sweet shop style recipe.

Ingredients: 

#Mawa / #khova - 2 spns 

Chopped #cashew nuts - 1 spn 

Chopped #badam - 1 spn 

Crushed #cardamoms - 2 

#Sugar - 1 spn 

#Maida /all purpose flour - 1 cup 

Cooking #soda - 1 pinch 

#Hot oil - 2 tbspns 

#Water - 3/4th cup 

#Sugar - 1 cup 

#Ghee - 1/2 spn 

#Oil for deep fry 

Dry fruits for garnishing
