For example in this AU, the new changeling kingdom does not exist. When Queen Chrysalis was turned to stone along with Tirek and Cozy Glow, changelings began to die out. Without no active queen, no more eggs are produced and the colony wouldn't be able to sustain itself. But who's to say that Chrysalis doesn't have an heir...?
