KashPile: Cool Personal Finance Site for Kids
I'm a firm believer in teaching children personal finance management at an early age. My mom taught my siblings and I how to budget and properly manage our finances even before we landed our first job. I want to give my son the same luxury, and I'm happy there is technology out there to make it easier.
KashPile is a really neat way for parents to use the internet to teach their kids how to budget, set goals and properly spend their allowance. You can manage chores, deposit and withdraw funds (these are mock accounts--you don't actually deposit money on the site.)
You can create an account for your child to log in at any time and play around with the site. It's an awesome learning tool for them to prepare for the real world when it's really time to set a budget, and spend their money wisely.
