As you may have heard, Kaskade is coming out with a new album on Sept 10th (available for pre-purchase NOW) called Atmosphere. He is also doing a 4 city tour to celebrate and promote the album.

A few of us are kind excited (read: we are dancing out of our brains thrilled!)! So we wanted to take a moment and reflect on the man himself and how his music has impacted our lives and our excitement for Atmosphere to be released! 

We are kicking off this feature with Emily - @emohleee

  What are you most looking forward to on this album? Just a whole new set of Kaskade songs! Albums are hard work and I know he probably put in so much time and LLOVE into it that it's gonna show!

Are you attending an Atmosphere show? YES! The first LA show on October 17th!

What are you most looking forward to on this tour? I'm looking forward to see what Kaskade has in store for us... His Freaks of Nature tour was absolutely amazing so I can only imagine what he is working on for the this tour. And he definitely hypes it up on twitter how excited he is for it so it definitely pumps the fans up for it as well!  

What was your favorite live memory to date? My favorite live memory has got to be seeing him at monarch in SF for his redux tour! (All thanks to kaskade konnect) ;). That was such an amazing night and it was so amazing seeing him in such an intimate small setting! 

If you had one question you could ask Kaskade, what would it be? How does it feel knowing you have millions of freaks around the world that look up to you and turn to your music for comfort, happiness, sadness, or whatever emotion they are feeling? 

What is your favorite Tweet Kaskade has ever sent? The only ones I can remember are the two times he RT'ed me and that was when I posted a picture of kandi I received from a dear friend that said "let the music speak." And then he RT'ed the picture of me with my birthday cake with his face on it ! 

 Favorite song you have heard off Atmosphere so far? I haven't heard much because I'm keeping it a surprise but besides atmosphere I gotta say last chance! I love the remix clockwork did to it! 

Anything else you want to share? Just am so excited for the new album and tour! Can't wait to meet fellow freaks out there! LLOVE <3

Kaskade's Atmosphere Tour FAQ

                        Q: When do tickets go on sale?

A: Pre-Sale is Wednesday, June 5th (don't sleep on this... these will be the most affordable tickets and Kaskade wants his true fans to jump on it!) General Public Sale, June 7th. 

Q: What time do tickets go on sale?

A: NOON in each respective time zone.

Miami & NY : NOON EST

Chicago : NOON  CST

Los Angeles: NOON PST

Q: What dates/cities/venues is Kaskade playing?

A: 6 shows total! 

Miami: American Airlines Arena - September 14th 

New York: Barclays Center - October 5th 

Chicago: Navy Pier Exhibition Hall - October 12th

Los Angeles - Shrine Expo Hall - October 17th, 18th & 19th   

Q: Are the shows all ages?

A: Miami,  NY, Chicago and the first date of LA are ALL AGES. The 18th & 19th in LA are 18+. 

Q: What are the price of the tickets?

A: No prices announced but I can assure you the sooner you purchase, the better deal you will get. Also, Kaskade has made ticket affordability a priorety for this show - cause he cares! #ForTheKids

Q: Is there a limit on how many tickets you can buy?

A: Four ticket limit. 

Q: When does the single "Atmosphere" come out?

A: June 10th - So you will have your Atmosphere tickets in hand and be able to jam out to Kaskade's lovely voice! (Yes, that's him singing) 

Q: When does the entire new "Atmosphere" album come out?

A: September 2013 - WOOP!

@DJMiamiSkyline - Redux Llove

It's getting serious Kaskade fans... Seattle, San Fran, LA & San Diego are the only #Redux cities left. Are you ready to get real deep with the one and only Kaskade?

Unfortunately, Andres @DJMiamiSkyline, who has been a Kaskade fan for a while and rockin' on the Kaskade Miami Street Team the past few years, is not able to attend a stop. However, he is here to share some Kaskade LLOVE as usual! Check out his appreciation for the man!

His favorite Kaskade memory?

It definitely had to be the time, which my brother and I went on a spur of the moment trip to New York. Kaskade’s trick or beats show was my motivation to go, but when I arrives not only had our press passes fallen through, but the tickets were sold out as well. I franticly tried to fix the situation but to no avail. By the time the night of the show came around I had given up. Then I heard Be Still come up on my iPod, and that was all the motivation I needed to rush over to the venue to figure something out. To my content I ended up managing to acquire a ticket, and so the show began. What followed was Kaskade’s first show after the release of fire and ice, where Kaskade spun till 5:30 in the morning. A night full of dancing, solid music, and friends, all of it without a plan.

Dear Kaskade... Definitely keep on doing what you're doing, I am totally enamored with the fact you are doing a redux tour, a tour where people can be exposed to the Ryan the most of us have come to enjoy, but that people don’t generally know about. One day will come when the initial explosion of “EDM” settles, and when it does, Kasakde will remain standing with his legions of fans because of efforts like the redux tour to show what Kaskade is really all about. I’m ashamed to say I haven’t been listening to Kasakde for ten years, but I sure wish I could have, and I hope to continue to add to the six years of devotion already there.

@Mau5Kade - Redux Llove

Redux tour is in full force prep mode! With Dallas, Chicago & New York dates out (& with tickets selling out in seconds), make sure you are glued to Kaskade's twitter feed for DC, Austin, Seattle, San Fran, LA & San Diego info!   

@TheCrimsonHero already shared his excitement for the deep, intimate tour and we told you the Top 10 reasons not to miss this, today we hear from another Kaskadian, Mike - @Mau5Kade, on why he's pumped for this unique tour. 

My favorite Kaskade memory would probably have to be from the very first show that I went to of his at FUR nightclub in Washington DC (May 2009). He had just recently released The Grand and was touring around the states for it. I had listened through his previous CDs like Strobelite Seduction, Love Mysterious, It's You It's Me etc so I had grown a deep passion for his music but wasn't in the DC area to go to previous shows until this time. To put it simply, his performance was incredible...his ability to read the crowd, the energy he brought, and of course his music! kept the dance floor going until 3/4am. I was lucky enough to meet Ryan after the show that night and he was good enough to sign his CDs I had brought and take a photo (the icing on the cake to end a great night). From there on out he was the guy who I was going to depend on for good music! I've met his several times since (as well as Naomi, who is a sweetheart!) and his laid back down to earth personality is something that I love about the guy.

I'd like to say thank you to Ryan for his ability to inspire his fans, connect with them, and always bring a positive vibe to his shows and interactions with his fans. Through social media Ryan has done a really great job to connect with his fans and we all appreciate the time he takes from out from his studio and family to do that for us. Lastly, of course the amazing music that he continually to puts out. While I've not been around from the start I came into the Kaskade Koma before he and the rest of the EDM scene had really taken off and I can appreciate the sort of gigs he did before he was selling out festivals across the world and arenas like the Staples Center. It's been a great ride and cant wait to see what is in store for the future! Thanks Ryan!
