2016 Kass Marathon
The 12km Kass race starts from airport so I ask the staff about free shuttle bus to the start line. His answer is no. But I saw the bus taking everyone to start line in that day. I thought only me took motor to here. However, it was good to get here earlier because you have to find place to deposit your personal belongings on your own! They do not provide deposit services. And you will never know what time will start. It’s Kenya style. All you can do just follow the people and wait…… Without any warning, bang! There are always some runners falling in start line. Try my best to follow the lead group at first. But my body say stop to follow anymore just 10 minute later. The speed is really too fast to me. So I start to follow some small group and keep going push myself. I ran the race before and I still remembered my couch told me that don’t run halfway, just to finish it.
I did finish it......But I don't know my place in the competition. A little coverage about me in Kass Marathon. OMG.....I looked so tired in photos. I can’t wait to run next one Tuskys cross country next Sunday.
