Hi, I hope this doesn't violate your rules but I was hoping you would publish this just so more HP fans would see and respond. I've been wanting a HP tattoo for ages, but haven't gone yet because I couldn't settle on a good design. I like the idea of just a castle outline, like a lot of people get of the Magic Kingdom, but I'm a Ravenclaw and want to incorporate that somehow. Any thoughts from you or your followers?

Well my first though is why don’t you get it in ravenclaw colors? blue with some bronze or silver detailing, or have a stripe print like the ties across the silhouette.

Or maybe overlay and eagle, or have the castle overlayed on top of an eagle.

Or possibly a little scroll that says “wit and wisdom” or some other Ravenclaw quote bit.

I would highly suggest bringing the elements you like to your tattoo artist and see if they will draw you up some designs. They would have a better idea of what would turn out looking best.

If any followers have any suggestions for @kat-astrophe feel free to reblog this and add your input (please don’t send us asks about it because it will be hard for us to pass that information on to them without bugging all of our other followers with tattoo designs)
