How did you start your bullet journal? Like what's on your first page? I've been wanting to start one for a while and I just bought my book this weekend but I haven't been able to decide what I want to do with the first page. Thank you!
When I got my first bullet journal, I just put down a checklist for the uni I was applying to, and then just did a daily spread. I didn’t think about it much, I just wanted to start my bujo, so I did :D That’s also the best advice I can give you – just start! You won’t be looking at the first page of your journal every time you open it, and even if so, you’ll be more concerned about your current spread than what’s on your first page :) I have my journal permanently opened on my current spread, and if I happen to close it, I have the newest spread bookmarked, so I never look at the first page :D
If you want some ideas, you can keep it simple and just write bullet journal there, or find some nice motivational quote you like and write it in a fancy script. Or you can stick a nice picture there, make a doodle, or simply do a yearly calendar. I wouldn’t advise you to skip the page, thinking that you’ll add something later when you have some “better idea”, because from my experience I know that this will never happen and it’ll stay forever empty :’D
Hope this helps!!
