sorry if you dont do this stuff anymore but i just wanted to ask what if Ouma, the siren one, had a mating season like other marine animals do? would it effect research in any way, or would he act differently towards different people? again, sorry

It's fine, I still think of this AU fondly since it's a rare case of me pumping out new ideas for something.

That's actually an interesting question. I'm pretty sure it would bring another side to 621-O. So I'll say yes to the mating season thing. It could go different ways, like he'd either display more violent tendencies (an urge to eat more, or perhaps because he'd be even more territorial). Or he'd be trying to be in his best behavior to attract a mate-- (K1-B0).

After a few tries of seducing K1-B0, and the robot not understanding his advances, 621-O will eventually grow frustrated. Especially when another woman like Iruma or Kirigiri approaches K1-B0 😂😂😂

During all this, all K1-B0 does is just record his behavior just as usual.

What’s your favorite Kiibouma fic?

It's been so long since I've last read anything related to Kiibouma, I don't remember the fics I've once enjoyed. Hm hm... But if I may be allowed, the favorite Kiibouma fic among the ones I've written is "Do You Love Me?" from the ???-series.

Sorry if it's tantamount to a self-promo, but my own works are the only ones I remember now... u_u

Hi-ya Kat-chan~! Little ol' me just curious what you're thoughts are about Kiibouruma (KiiboxMiuxKokichi).

Oh, I didn’t expect to get an ask for danganronpa. This might be a little long, so I’ll leave it under a read more.

Mmmh...honestly, kii//ruma and ou///ruma are part of my long list of v3 notps. It makes me highkey anxious and sick that I have any of those instances blocked in every platform I’m on.

One of the reasons why is because while I usually don’t mind polyships in fandom (since I’ve had some polyships in my older fandoms before), but for v3, polyships, especially ones involving Kiibo and Ouma make me uncomfortable. I’ve seen plenty of people use polyships as a way to put a little space between Kiibo and Ouma, like for example in this case, Iruma.

I’ve also seen people make claims like “Yeah kiibouma is nice and all, but you can improve it by adding Iruma”. And this claim made me so mad. IMPROVE kiibouma? By adding another person in the mix? That wouldn’t be kiibouma anymore, right? It would be kiibou//ruma. And even if it has kiibou in the name, most content for this pairing is pretty much just Iruma being banged by two men. Just compressed kii///ruma and ou///ruma because the author couldn’t choose which ship to write for.

And if it’s an ot5 between the usual v3 boys, Kiibo is practically chopped liver and is often used as a camera man for voyeurism purposes. And it’s pretty much an orgy with just Ouma in the middle.

Another thing that set me off was the portrayals of kiibou//ruma I’ve seen. It’s mostly Iruma and Ouma thirsting over Kiibo and treating him like some man-meat and that didn’t sit well with me. Especially when I’m of the opinion that Ouma cares for Kiibo sincerely, but just doesn’t show it.

...I just want to appreciate kiibouma on its own. Not with add-ons. I hate that people can’t bear to look at kiibouma or give it a time of day unless they add their faves in the mix. I’m tired.

If you happened to like this ship, I do apologize, but nothing will change my stance on this polyship.

Ouma would have been bored, or even anxious, after his death. He didn’t know who or what would pick him up to pass on. An angel? A devil? Probably the Devil. He’s done way too many terrible things after all. Getting escorted by an angel would have been boring though. The idea was cheesy and hard to believe.

Instead, what he got was Kiibo. Kiibo, who had just blown himself up along with the Dome a few hours ago. Not an Angel. And definitely not a Devil.

First, Ouma thinks, ‘Is this some kind of joke?’

And then he dismisses that thought. Maybe he was seeing things. Robots don’t have souls. There’s no way they could.

Kiibo would reach out and offer him a hand. “Shall we go?”

Ouma decides to humor the stupid idea of robots and the afterlife. “Go where? Heaven? Or unless you want to throw a curve ball and send me to Hell instead?”

Kiibo would look at him unamused. “Unfortunately, I do not know where Heaven nor Hell is. So I was wondering if we could go wherever you wanted to go. We’re not trapped anymore, after all.”

Anywhere he wanted to go...huh.

That wasn’t a bad idea at all.

Ouma accepts Kiibo’s hand.

Anywhere is more interesting than Heaven or Hell.

I dug through their tweets just now and they weren’t there), but so far no one has tried translating this one yet. So this one is going to be a really rough translation by yours truly.

Oh man oh man! Right when you ask me the right question, my brain short circuits ;_;)!!!

I’m going to be incoherent and I apologize in advance.

Let’s see....I had a productive conversation with @pikapika68​ a few days back.

1. In canon, Shirogane felt like she was keen on pulling the wool over everyone’s eyes, including Kiibo. But for mastermind duo, I’d like to think that Ouma, instead of keeping Kiibo in the dark, he discloses his plans with him. They bounce of ideas with each other. Ouma’s the kind to want a partner-in-crime.

2. Ouma and Kiibo’s personalities will be the same as in canon when in public. However, in Ouma’s case, he’s essentially hiding in plain sight. While for Kiibo, he’s a pretending. A liar. He’s not as naive as we think and he’s aware of the ugly sides of humanity. They’re both liars, which is why I often present them with pink eyes. As I’d like to call it, Lie Eyes.

3. I’d like to think they were strictly partners-in-crime, but eventually fell in love. But the idea that they fell in love before the show was on air is also cute.

4. When everyone is asleep, Kiibo and Ouma would spend time with each other cuddling. Kiibo doesn’t really like listening to the audience voices, but for the sake of this show, he tolerates it. He takes his ahoge off once it was essentially time for their show to stop airing for the day. 

5.  The audience doesn’t know Kiibo was on the side of Despair, they also don’t know that Ouma is the mastermind, because he uses an anonymous profile when interacting with the audience.

6. Ouma and Kiibo don’t go horny for Despair like Junko, but they like inflicting Despair upon others. They are capable of displeasure. Both Kiibo and Ouma are possessive and protective of each other. When something goes wrong live, they make sure to comfort each other. With their words and with their bodies.

7. During the mastermind reveal, everyone gets ten times as aggressive after finding out it really WAS Ouma that was behind everything. Kiibo reveals himself to be the second mastermind a little later to shock the other survivors. Kiibo would join Ouma on the podium, pull him close and rest his head on Ouma’s shoulder as Ouma terrorizes the survivors.

---There’s still more, but they apply to different scenarios. There’s too many things I’d like to see with this kind of dynamic between Mastermind Kiibo and Ouma.
