Day Two: Returning Cast

With the new game announced, that means some of our faves are coming back. Some were announced, others weren’t, so the question now remains: which favorite side character of yours would you like to see in Return to Monkey Island?

Obviously they already got Murray and Wally (how dare I say Murray is a side character!). Kate Capsize and the Men of Low Moral Fiber (Pirates) would be two choices for me. It doesn’t make sense timewise but let’s throw Kathryn Krebbs in there, why not. ;) And kid!Morgan would be interesting if they, say, slip in a cameo showing how she got started on her hero-worship of Guybrush.

Courageous, sharp-witted, and entrepreneurial, she's also one of the few characters who keeps it aboveboard in Monkey Island 2's world of piracy and adventure-game sociopathy. She's not a pirate, she's the captain of a legitimate glass-bottomed boat! And she's a hot redhead! If you're going to have a crush on a video game character, you could do worse than Captain Kate.
