hey just wanted to let you know I love your fic spit swear! not sure if its just bylers being nasty towards you (not sure why they'd do that though? i know your fic is beloved by so many in the fandom), or if its also IT fans (cant speak for everyone, but PERSONALLY i've had many on twitter/tiktok be very hateful towards any will and richie posts that me or other bylers have made- basically hating on will for no reason and getting mad over the silly harmless crackpair pair). whatever it is, i really hope they leave you alone! you dont deserve any of that

also considering the severity of what you're dealing with, please do share the usernames or profiles of whoever is harassing you if you can (ik it can be anonymous though unfortunately). i'd be happy to report and im sure others will too!

Thank you, yeah, it’s definitely because of Ryers which is soooo stupid—I think it comes from both fandoms but especially the It fandom, which especially hurts because I was a member of that fandom literally pre 2017 but whateverrrrr. & yeah it is anonymous mostly, but I just got this lovely gem 💅.

Crazy that even deleting the story won’t stop the harassment. It is a fictional couple in a fictional story. & stuff this just makes me want to put it back up but like I shouldn’t have to deal with harassment. I open asks like this & it just bums me out so bad. Richie and Will getting really close really quick to the point that when Richie leaves Hawkins they start exchanging letters. and it's awkward at first cus they don't share THAT much in common, but they eventually find equal ground and actually learn about each other. that's until Will's nightmares start coming back and he begins to feel guilty about his friendship with Richie, and Richie starts having dreams where Will and Eddie blend into each other. that just ends up causing a mess where they stop sending letters and grow apart until Richie is forced to go back down to Hawkins again.
