people back in 2012 were so busy hating kate for pretty much existing that they didn’t even realise how much potential the relationship between kate & rhys actually had, especially that year as it really was just two destructive characters, one in particular with a tendency for manipulation fuelling each others darker sides and making each other worse.

I am so sick of Neighbours fans feeling the need to bring Kate down in order to prop up Paige and Paige/Mark. Kate wasn't perfect. She made a lot of mistakes and the only person on the show who thought she was perfect was Mark. But bringing her down or attempting to bring her down by stating everything she did wrong...that doesn't make Paige look good. It just looks like the only way to make Paige look good is to make Kate look bad and that doesn't say much about Paige.
