I’ve torn between devouring Far Cry by @katecanterbary or reading it nice and slow. ⁣ ⁣ I started reading last night and had to put it down at 11:30 pm to at least get a decent amount of sleep to be on time for work this morning. When it took me longer than 2 minutes to fall asleep, I picked the book back up and read for another half hour. Guyyyyysssss!!!! The Magnolia Chronicles by @katecanterbary was released today!! It's currently available on Amazon and you should all go download it right now! Like now now! I'll wait! 📚📚📚 Ok listen.. Kate has always has a knack for writing intense, funny, witty female characters but never have we had one that I've connected to on a deep spiritual level like I did with Magnolia! 📚 She is so strong and resiliant but not cynical! And the boys! We go on a journey with GiGi while she try's to find love and winds up with two suitors! Let me tell you I was strongly in suitor #1's corner at the beginning of the book but I'll be damned if suitor #2 did win me over and I fell in love and was rooting for him so hard by end! 📚 The relationships outside of the romantic ones pull you in! From the Walsh family interactions (like seriously can I please be friends with all these women?!) To GiGi's own family! You will never be bored! 📚 If you're hesitant about reading this book because smut isnt necessarily your thing then I've got some news for you! There really aren't any detailed sexy times in this book.. it's a bit of a difference for author lady BUT it fits so insanely perfectly! 📚 Not only are we going on a journey with Maggie while she searches for true love, we go along while she discovers herself. And you really feel the entire self revelation along with Mags! 📚 This story is poinent and funny and honest in a way only Kate can do! You have to read this book! 📚📚📚 Blurb! My mother's New Year's resolution for me was simple: make a serious effort at putting myself out there and dating again, and do it for one full year. Or until I fell in love. Whichever came first.
