Synopsis: Because of one simple word from a soothsayer, Pi Ya Nuo has been raised as a boy all her life. By chance she saves underworld mob boss Du Zi Feng and his sister. His sister falls in love with Pi Ya Nuo at first sight. Things gets complicated when the she becomes "sworn brothers" with the mob boss, just as her 26th birthday comes closer, and with it her chance to finally live as a woman. As her 26th birthday approaches, she must decide if she wants to return to a woman or continue to be Du Zi Feng's best pal.

My Rating: 8/10

My Review: I really do like this drama, however, it is very cliché. The whole female disguised as a male thing usually doesn't seem believable anyway and this really isn't an exception. It's sometimes laughable about how far they drag it on (I won't give anything away but there is a twist). Still I really liked all the characters and the acting was incredible; it's such a good cast. The side characters stories are just as great as the leads, and the 2nd love couple is wonderfully done and they also invest some time into that couple so you're not just seeing a few scenes of them, though I still wish there was more. Overall this is a pretty great drama and one you should definitely check out even if the story line is cliché, predictable and seems over done a bit.

ABOUT AMY

Amy MacNeille has always taken that little step back in order to let her twin sister Sienna MacNeille fully shine. It wasn’t something she felt particularly resentful about (at least not in the beginning) but with a personality as big as Sienna’s, it just made good sense. That’s not to say that Amy wasn’t just as popular in her small town, just as beautiful and feared. Amy would never be outright mean, instead she would subtly manipulate others into doing what she wanted or, for example, breaking up with who she wanted to date. She’d show a smile to your face and mutter vicious rumours behind your back and you’d be none the wiser. It’s always the quiet ones you have to watch out for, right? Amy also dedicates a lot of her time to studying. While she knows that she’s often the smartest person in the room already, she likes to work hard to maintain that reputation. Besides, another win is always top of Amy’s to-do list. Working behind the scenes with most of her extra-curriculars Amy had her freshly manicured hands in all the hypothetical honey pots, she pulled everyone’s puppet strings from behind those scenes and she was and is very good at it.

Now, they may have their differences of opinions at times but Sienna is the most important person to Amy in the world. After that comes their guardian Aunt Sarah. Amy might wish she could yell at her sister to shut the hell up (or something more strongly worded) but send help to whoever thinks they can try and cross her sister. Lives have been ruined for no less than giving Sienna MacNeille an unpleasant look. Amy is loyal to her sister first and to herself last and while that small selflessness often comes back to bite her, she wouldn’t swap her sister for the world. When these two girls get together however it’s nothing but trouble. If you happen to be in their line of fire then you best start running because they tend to leave behind no prisoners. One particular person they both love to tease and torment is their perfect little (adoptive) cousin Lara Becker. Whenever the two girls visit the Beckers’ they’re all smiles like butter wouldn’t melt in their mouth until the adults’ backs are turned and there’s only Lara left to witness their casual cruelty. Call it jealously, call it just for fun but Amy and Sienna love to cause chaos which is exactly why Amy is so glad that her sister is accompanying her to WDC. Just imagine what kinds of trouble they’ll be able to cause around here.
