Still Searching for Vivian Apple at the End of the World

I tried to see if I would get different results by searching the UK title (Thanks for the suggestion rachelfershleiser) and I'm still coming up with nada.  It appears that I could get an ebook edition of the UK version through Chapter's, but that isn't helpful because I don't have an e-reader of any kind.  Amazon.ca is now showing a shorter time before shipment, but it will still be 2 weeks before it ships.

katiecoyle  Do you have any idea why I might not be able to find the novel in stores in Canada?

Vivian Apple at the End of the World

I loved reading Edan Lepucki's California last summer with the reblogbookclub, but I'm having a really hard time finding somewhere to purchase Katie Coyle's novel in Canada.  It isn't available at Chapter's and the only independent bookstore in the city has it listed as a special order with no indication for when it might ship.  Also, amazon.ca has a ship date of one to two months.  Does anyone know where a Canadian might be able to purchase Vivian Apple at the End of the World?
