I’m taking my cat to the vet today. She seems to be perking up a bit (yesterday her personality was basically back to normal, if a little sleepy, but the lack of appetite prevails), but still not interested in food, even tuna wet food which is her favorite. She’s still drinking water and everything else fine. Has no problem jumping up on the bed but has been laying around extra. So we shall see what’s up with her today. I’m really hoping it’s something simple but obviously terrified it’s not especially considering she’s a senior cat. Meanwhile I’m anxiety cleaning once again to cope. Gonna wash all the bedding and stuff. Hoping I’m not a horrible pet parent but feeling like one even though I’m truly doing my best. Ugh. The last few years were pretty tough and I only feel like I’m sort of getting back on my feet now even just mentally.
I also haven’t eaten which is another problem to solve before I take her over there. Man what a time.
