Ever so slowly, it's starting to come back to me. Found the flow... now if only I could spend hours (okay, DAYS) uninterrupted, going where it leads me. But that's not life at the moment. So here I am, drifting in the current for as long as I can, returning when I can. Life, in a nutshell, resembles a carnival.... doesn't it? Thrilling; heart pumping; sometimes sweet and sticky; there's a good deal of waiting for your turn; some winning and some losing; prizes that are just too big to fit in your life, and some that you keep forever just to taste the memory from time to time. It's also occasionally headspinning and nauseating, and can make you lose your bearings... but it's also beautiful and exhilarating. I stepped back and took the scene in, and felt most inspired by the "coming of age" group of kids, finding their comfort zones and stepping out into and getting a taste of their independence. If there is one thing that I've learned, it's that life is cyclical. We are all coming of one age or another. So... the wait is over.
