Last minute theory! I think the skulls on Toffee's shoulders might be of Moon's mom, a spades relative or simply other mewmans. Unless others have the same marks it's likely that the cheek marks are painted on them to directly insult Moon and Eclipsa (for trouble they caused him) which leads to their deal. I've seen others theorize that Toffee having those skulls are signs of allegiance to mewni but they make more sense now as trophies seeing the others he's collected during the war with them.

That would be very dark.But honestly this would make Toffee such a villainous bastard as well.I hope that’s what they’re going for.

My first attempt at monotype printmaking for class and the theme was strength. I started with a digital drawing and engraved it on a wood block for the physical gold and purple prints

So if Moon x Toffee is dead in canon because of the whole mother-killing thing and the fact they only met once in the past when she used the spell, Moon's mom and Toffee might have a history similar to the Moon x Toffee AU with them being close friends then Toffee backstabbing her because of the war or something. Maybe their history is why Toffee was able to be nearby and kill a powerful queen like her so easily. Probably not a correct theory but something for us in this trashcan to consider :)

If Toffee is a pawn in Eclipsa's plan, could Toffee and other septarians be her soldiers or creations? Personal invincible monsters and a spell that can destroy them if need be is perfect for her. If they existed before her, mewmans during the great monster massacre only stood a chance against them if they were few and unorganized. She could've organized and educated them explaining Toffee's Mewni knowledge. Also the prophecy room shows many lizard heads. Maybe Toffee is special but not alone.

There’s still so much stuff left unexplained.And ultimately, the SVTFOE Book didn’t really help.

Lizards do seem to have an important role overall in the show’s lore.And it is interesting that Heinous, possibly a Butterfly herself, seems to have a strong connection with Rasticore though.

So, yeah. There’s lots of stuff we have yet to find out.

Got to make a 3D printed sword and pedestal for class. It's based off the Legend of Zelda master sword but I tried to make it my own. Also I wasn't able to preorder the master edition of the new LoZ game that came with a sword sculpture (which sucks...) so I created my own version 😋Maybe I'll paint it if I have time.
