Any big city has significant Kayasthas (a sub-caste of Hindus traditionally known to be literate and prefer working in offices) population. Their God is #Chitragupta . There are several Chitragupta temples. The one in photo is the gateway to a very ancient Chitragupta temple near City Court, GulzarBagh, Patna - 07.
