This is just kinda mindless rant-slash-bitching, but it’s something i need to get off my chest and put this app on blast cause it’s kind of disgusting. A well known producer/writer who has made the animated shows of my childhood got hacked and the dude went as far as changing the name to a racial slur and they were using the man’s name to say and retweet things that are downright disgusting including talking about r*pe and sexual content that includes full on nudity and even sex. I’ve been one of the many members in the community who know that half this stuff isnt what this producer/writer would even post, say or retweet and even tried deleting stuff the little time he did have control of his account. Well i get email feedback for the reports and each one says it’s not “violating their terms”. I’m sorry TWITTER, but since when is RACIAL SLURS and PORNOGRAPHY not in Violation of terms? Ever since Elon took over, it has been a landfill burn. Dumpster fire is too mild an insult. I feel bad for this producer because he lost a platform to promote his shows, comics that are revived from shows of his past and for people to do this to each other is disgusting. I am a young caucasian female and I would never resort to this amount of disrespect to anyone of any race, nationality, religion or who they are as a person. It just churns my stomach and I know it’s not anything that’ll get resolved because the younger generations are learning it like how we did growing up with the older generations, but the hate needs to stop somewhere.
