(Apparently Tumblr ate my first post?) Kaylee did amazing in her second Social Strugglers class. She was able to pull it all out even when she saw a dog through the barriers. She just looked and looked at me like "okay there's a dog give me snacks!" Which I will take any day over her reactivity!
A sweet soul looking for her boy
Working with Kaylee on some stuff. We don't work outside often (at all tbh) so she gets distracted very easily. With the warmer weather I plan on working outside way more!
I just want someone to look at me like Kaylee looks at sticks.
Kaylee before her training class yesterday. She was dead tired after and passed out in the back 😂 I proud of this pup for her progress, but also myself for not giving up on her. It's hard work having a reactive dog. Mistakes, frustration, accidents, all happen. Both Kaylee and I are both learning and growing. She is making me a better dog owner. So thank you Kaylee, for putting up with all of my learning mistakes and still being an amazing dog.
I'm so proud of how far Kaylee has come with her loose leash walking. We still need to work on turning (inside she's a champion, outside there are so many nice things) but with the nice weather we will be working outside way more.
She waits for the word.
