when you receive this, list 5 things that make you happy and send this to 10 of the last people in your notifications!
1. Citrus/pomegranate/jacaranda/cherry blossom/willow trees
2. Taking a bit of something sugary like cake and then taking a sip of champagne and the sugar in the frosting making the champagne fizz up in your mouth.
3. Rainy days and how all the hillsides turn green after our brief rainy season (the hills are so green right now I could cry. I have to enjoy it while I can because in a few months the grass will turn to straw again)
4. Driving through/hanging out in the canyons around LA. They’re very mysterious. I like spending time in them because it makes you forget you’re in LA, but you’re not far from the comforts of a big city. They feel really cut off. There are lots of places to explore.
5. Historical buildings. I love going to places and being able to feel the history.
Thank you!!!

Not only have I not seen the movie, I sometimes forget it happened at all. I absolutely LOVE the book though. Also the traditionally animated version.
it’s not that I see that much content floating around in terms of absolute volume so much as that what I do see feels like the tip of a colossal and inscrutable iceberg of fandom gone fulminant and weird and brewing eldritch things, well beyond the actual movie, which probably is fine but trivial. and I mean that kind of thing is very The Gift of Fear for me tbqfh because of reasons.

You will not be alone in your longing. My little brother lives in NZ. He and his Kiwi wife met in Canada and both love snow and northern winters.
Well, this is in Waiouru, which is on the north island and fair inland, and its winter average temperature is just barely above freezing, which will be awesome. However, there's also the option of doing awesome archival work at the Cathedral here, and that's also paid, so I'm kind of torn.

Shit days happen. Good luck with your homework and perhaps your cat will snuggle you some.
She’d keep me from doing my homework XD Everyday she tells me I should be paying attention to her and not my homework.
She’s playing mad at me right now though because against my better judgement I went to D&D tonight. So yeah.
Hey did you see the recent Late Late Show with Allison Janney and Bradley Whitford? They did a WW walk and talk sketch and Bradley Whitford has white hair and a beard and does the splits. You should totaly check it out.
I’ve seen he’s gone white-haired! Lawd I love that cast. I’ll check it out :)
