Kayoforum is undergoing a server migration starting at 7AM EST on August 3rd, 2014. The forum will be offline the entire day.

What is a server migration?

A server migration is us taking Kayoforum and hosting the entire site with a different company and different server plan. All of Kayoforum (and all of the websites on the Internet) run on actual, live servers that are housed by specific companies. Everything on Kayoforum (threads, posts, wall posts, PMs, etc), is saved on there so you can access the site any day and it manages the connections of our members and visitors to the forum. 

As Kayoforum kept growing and growing, our server needed to improve and expand to meet the needs of the site. Now, we are doubling our RAM, doubling our processors, and doubling our disk space. We also will have a hard-working and skillful 24/7 "heroic" support team that can help the site during its troubles.

All of this was made possible by you guys, so thank you very much for being wonderful members and visitors of Kayoforum. We will continue to work to improve your K-pop forum experience.

After our migration, we will carefully unveil new projects we have had planned for the community. Please anticipate them!

In the mean time, our new server will promise a faster site, more stable platform, and a reliable foundation. Less lags, less downtimes, and a faster site means a better community. To achieve this, the process may take the whole day, so expect the forum to be down the entire day today. If it is online any time earlier or if there are delays, we will keep in touch.
