Maybe some hcs for Brotp of Chihiro, Leon, Hiro (and maybe Taka and Mondo too)? I just like the thought of this group~
Oh no, a found family of dudes? Too cute. This really does deserve some rambling.
Hiro is the chill big brother who gives advice (albeit not exactly good advice) and tries to get the group to have a swell time. It takes him a while to actually get attached, but once he does, there's no pulling him away from the boys.
Leon is that one brother who really wants to be ~cool~ even though he. Really isn't lmao. He just wants his bros to look up to him because he finds their opinion of him to be very important.
Mondo is the cool brother. Everyone either fears him or respects him, and the group thinks that's pretty admirable.
Chihiro is the little brother who wants everyone to stop treating him like a kid and go prove himself to everyone to get their respect. The others think it's adorable but don't say it because they don't want to patronize him.
Taka is obviously the one in the group who wants everyone to better themselves and archive great success, although he can be a bit overbearing in the way he goes about it. He's more like a mom friend than a bro tbh lol.
Since they all have varied interests, they usually either vote on what to do or play a game of chance in which the winner chooses the activity for the day, so it's always fair.
But honestly most of the time they just sit around talking, playing cards and occasionally watching movies.
Leon tries to teach them baseball, with mixed results. Mondo and Taka are pretty good at it, Chihiro is a decent pitcher but a terrible batter, and Hiro couldn't be any worse at the sport if he was paid to be.
The boys meeting with the Crazy Diamonds tho. They're all like, half terrified, because gang members. But Mondo assures them that they shouldn't worry, since he's there to protect them.
Taka organizes study sessions with them. He pays special attention to Hiro, to assure that he no longer will get held back and can stay with their class.
Chihiro uses his programming abilities to make stupid mods to add to games they like so they can goof off for a while and laugh at whatever their lil' bro made.
(Bonus: Chihiro puts a screamer at some point in his mod to troll them, then promptly forgot about it. Cue it showing up, and he ends up actually being the one who gets most scared. Poor thing).
Hiro reads their futures sometimes, either because they asked or because he's worried about them. More than once he made a somewhat sad prediction and instantly goes on big brother mode and plans how to help them.
Two words: cuddle piles. Usually while binging a show or after a hard school week when they all just want to relax. Nothing's better than grabbing a bunch of pillows and chilling.
Leon was embarrassed to join in at first because toxic masculinity but the first time he joins he absolutely loves it. Mondo can't help but ruffle his hair.
