Happy 4th of July! Ooooh, Fireworks!

Hey guys, long time no see, 3 months to exact. Bet you thought you’d seen the last of me, huh. Sorry to tell you, but you’ll never get rid of me. We’re stuck together like glue. A lot happened while I was AFT, a lot is an understatement. I feel like I missed an entire seasons’ worth of blogging I could have done. Just what was I doing these past 3 months, we’ll talk about that later. For now, let’s just enjoy the fireworks. It’s starting!

the thing about steven universe dream theories (which i love and respect) is that “dreams” are a core mechanic in steven and have like thirty episodes of power development if not more with which to observe and speculate about dream rules and dude canonically spends a lot of time dreaming with his magic dream powers. the same is not true of pokemon

#discarding the idea from the get-go because it’s lame makes no sense to me #kbcs #like its just silly to use ‘its overdone on the internet and i can’t imagine it not flattening the narrative’ as the /reasoning/ with SU #neither of those things have anything to do with the work or its content. so if someone makes a case based on actual lore i’m all ears #of course i already subscribe to the theory th- [a secret agent tackles me and prevents me from finishing the tag]
