I used to make a bunch of coat presets for myself in TS3 to help cut down on time spent in CAP and I'm just now doing it for TS4 as well. These are the coats I've made so far.
From top to bottom: Standard Bay, Wild Bay, Mahogany Bay, and Seal Brown!
Would y'all perhaps like to have this little shader stencil I made awhile back? I didn't like it at first so I never posted it but it's been slowly growing on me 🤔
I play (and I like to think that I mod) Rimworld and I swear I have SO MANY sprites collecting dust on my laptop that I may never get around to finishing and uploading to Steam.
Here's a thoroughbred horse sprite that I think my fellow horse lovers would enjoy staring at.
Hey.. How do you create own stencils? I did my own Markings for Sims3, but I can't figure out how to do that for sims4... I don't really like the paint mode and Painting thats ingame.. <3
Heya! H-emera did a great tutorial on making stencils. https://h-emera.tumblr.com/post/724352385576730624/a-guide-for-making-a-horse-stencils-but-it-also
Just recently Itskatart also made a tutorial for stencils that involves painting directly on the 3d horse model (an easier method imo) but in order to do that you need to have Photoshop. https://www.tumblr.com/itskatart/725247233603321856/sims-4-horse-stencil-painting-in-photoshop-3d?source=share
Thank you so much for your shine stencils ! They’re amazing tools and it’s saving me hours of painting ❤️❤️❤️❤️
You're very welcome! I'm way too impatient to be spending a lot of time painting all my horsies in CAS, so anything to help speed up the process is a must for me. I'm glad that others are getting some use out of my stencils! :>
