I’m so hyped for this new beta coming up and the release soon after. Nergigante is gonna wreck me to kingdom come but I don’t care.
This trailer has probably got me the most hyped out of any of them so far.
I hope we get official renders of Teostra, Kushala Daora, and the rotting new elder dragon.
Also, does anyone know what that lava looking frog thing was? I’m super curious about.
Lastly, what weapon are you guys going to main? I’m sticking with my trusty Light Bow Gun!

But yeah! Hey guys! It’s great to be back! My semester is finally over and I have a month worth of free time to play around with! ^^ Expect some asks to be answered within the next upcoming days. (Also I was still working on my opinions thing for MH:World, but I suppose I’ll just post what I have. ^^; Also, unfortunately I don’t have a PS4 at my disposal so I won’t be able to play the Beta. :c Sorry.)
Replaying monster hunter stories with a twist
As stated, I decided to wipe my old file and restart MHS, but this time there’s a challenge attached.
Since I realized there’s not much of a way to do a nuzlocke (considering a certain little monstie takes up a perma slot in your party till the post game), I came up with a different challenge I call a Null Run.
Basically what it means is that you can’t use any elements for the whole story mode play through of the game.
Which means no monsties with elements on them (no Rathalos, Zinogre, or Barroth, etc.) and also, no weapons with elements on them either (no Fire, Thunder, or Freeze, etc.)
This also means no geneing on elemental attacks to monsties (no Fire, Dragon, Freeze breaths, etc.). However, you can gene on an elemental attack that doesn’t do damage, but can cause a status (like water soak). Also, if a monstie comes with an elemental attack, you may use it.

Does anyone want to see/hear about a fan made Monster I made for Monster Hunter a while back?
I was right to make Krex violent.
(I'm gonna try and make this shorter because the first time I finished typing this Tumblr crashed on me)
Basically, I finally reached Grank for the first time in MH4U. First Grank monster I fight is a Desert Seltas, to test the waters. (An Apex Rajang came to ruin my day. I still barely beat the quest though.)
After that terrifying experience I decided it would probably be easier for me to after Ash Kecha in a caravan quest. (Spoilers: It wasn't.)
First time I fight it, I get double carted. And barely beat it thanks to a ton of traps and my dear palicoes.
I take a break from fighting it to take down another Desert Seltas. (Which was significantly easier without Apex Rajang trying to crush me into the boulders he throws.)
I go back to fight Ash Kecha a second time and, I get triple carted.
Ash Kechas are BRUTAL to ranged players (that flying repositioning slash has gotten me too many times.)
Also, the first Ash Kecha I fought, it was a silver crown. The second one, while I didn't beat it, seemed about the same size. Basically, I think Krex knows that I'm portraying him in a bad light and wants revenge
- a light bow gun main (yes, I main LIGHT bow gun, I've done so through out the whole game and don't plan on switching any time soon ^^)
