Reposted from @tsemrinpoche . In preparation for the announcement of the MCO extension, KSK team rallied to get food to our urban poor beneficiaries. They had prepared in proportion bigger quantities so that they can ease the distress of their clients when they hear about the extension which indeed came as expected. Given the confirmed extension, KSK will not have sufficient food supplies and resources to distribute to those in need of this. After distribution, they only have enough for 100 families or less. Thankfully minutes after their post, there were already signs of people stepping up to help. These include individuals, small family businesses as well as corporates. They are truly grateful and ask everyone to please keep this support coming as they need it badly. In truth, even after the MCO period there will be those who still continue to struggle. This national crisis has shown how fragile this segment of our community is, and it has also shown how generous and united we Malaysians are when it comes to the crunch. It is very important to keep sharing these videos and please help in any way big or small.
