Everybody is talking about what we need to do to save the world well ignoring the mental health crisis and I am sick of it, all the rest of earth's problems can't be dealt with until we deal with our own selves first, we are in no shape to help people or the world if we ourselves are in personal crisis, we don't have enough energy or strength, And if you can't fit in time for learning self love/self-care/healing because of your work schedule, than you really need to revaluate what kind system you are accepting and supporting for not only yourself but for the next generations.

Oh and one more thing

I know I’m priveledged, so I always end up writing about wealthy people. Billionaires here and there, designer things, money disposed of at the drop of a hat. I live in quite an affluent neighborhood where it’s hard to find someone not driving an 100k car. I literally cannot tell you how many g wagons, range rovers, Tesla’s, or Maserati’s I see in a day. Hell. Two of my friends almost got hit by lamborghinis, and no they were not together. Two separate occasions.I’m surrounded by wealth, and even though I’m not as wealthy as those other people, I usually don’t think twice when I see an 100k car it’s normal for me. It wasn’t until I talked to one of my teachers that I realized that the cars I see everyday are far from normal. He told my class that once you leave our town, Volkswagens and Hyundai’s are seen for miles and nobody cares if they crash because they’re so cheap. He said that once you leave my town it’s rare to see a car over 20k driving around. That might be a little bit of an over exaggeration but I think you get the point. I want to write diversely about people of all different status and income but I just can’t find a way to connect to the less fortunate and write them justice, rather than a stereotypical “poor person” any help would be greatly appreciated.
