hello i’m late as usual, but my name’s bailey and i’m a big dumb cause i spent more time on this than i anticipated and now my laptop’s dying!!! anyw, it’s been a hot minute since i’ve actually been in an rp again so forgive me ty. i’m mobile a lot of the time if i’m not doing replies or something ngl so if i’m ever slow with replying to messages, that’s why --- but if you wanna, you can always hmu on d.scord @ genji slut#8666

here’s my boy, roderick, and he might seem like a decent guy.......he’s actually a pos lmao 

basically it’s all a game to him and he doesn’t care ab if he hurts someone’s feelings or not?? like, since he’s head boy, he puts on the act of like... model student and all that and after awhile, people started believing it ( of course there are the few who know how he really is, and those who don’t believe it for a second, but he does put on a very convincing mask )

fake smiles and even faker laughs that have been perfected over the years is... a big mood for him

roderick likes knowing what to expect, i guess? organized and thoroughly thought out plans/ideas, doesn’t enjoy rushing into things that could easily backfire

that all being said, he’s very power hungry / enjoys being in a position such as head boy for that very reason; roderick’s... i wouldn’t necessarily say controlling, but he’s a fucking capricorn with double scorpio so don’t expect anything less than him needing things to be Perfect ™ 

he’s got a competitive spirit. tried out for quidditch in his second year and has been on the team since ( started out as a chaser, but by the time fourth year came around, he became a beater )

with who his father is, the pressure of following the death eater legacy was real, but?? roderick was... pretty chill with it overall lmao always striving for that “idea of perfection” --- and validation, something he won’t ever admit to though --- really got him hooked on every word of bullshit he heard oops

for real though i think he idolizes his father like, that’s his hero; no matter how fucked up tbh

at least rodolphus is.... moderately happy with his son right? like sure rodolphus probably doesn’t 100% understand the big manipulation game this kid lives for, but honestly roderick knows the perks will pay off eventually?? they have so far anyway, so why not continue it especially now that he’s Better at it!! this shit is like second nature and sometimes he pulls it off so well, he has to take a moment to remember.....that’s not who he is kdjcfhndj

personally thinks the pairs system is Dumb but....he’ll play along for now....he just finds it ironically amusing that he was paired with a longbottom :)

Lily’s the only daughter out of three siblings, and therefore, grew up being accidentally spoiled by her parents, especially her father Harry.

Surprisingly enough, Lily doesn’t resemble her mother in anything beyond physical appearance. They are, if anything, polar opposites. Ginny is feisty; Lily Luna is more of a brat. While in her youth Ginny sneaked away in order to steal one of her brothers’ brooms, Lily always dispised Quidditch, being more keen on traditionally feminine activities. This tends to surprise people at first, given the passion for Quidditch seems to be something that runs in the veins of both the Weasleys and the Potters.

Lily is rather popular at school. She’d always been one to surround herself with a lot of people, but once she started attracting boys’ attention, her popularity increased with each passing day.

Lily makes a lot of bitchy comments without even realizing it she’s doing it. She tries her best to be diplomatic and gracious because she loves to please people — but as part of being a spoiled brat, it simply slips off.

In case you were wondering, yes. The sorting hat meant to send Lily to Slytherin, but she refused because, just like any other Weasley, she holds a great prejudice against them.

Lily’s not really a mean girl. Like I’ve said, she’s just a spoiled little princess that barely understands the severity of the stuff going on around her. TRY NOT TO BE SO HARD ON HER! No, kidding. Feel welcome to slap the brat back into reality and ‘till she finally understands that life isn’t a fairytale and she isn’t really the princess of anything.

facts

There was always something magical about Eirwen. A beautiful baby, a charming child, and now a gorgeous young girl who deals with her family’s expectations quite well. Sure, she hides a lot about herself, but... she is dealing with it with as much grace as she can. Her sweet nature wouldn’t allow her to deal with it in any other way.

She always seems to be one step ahead of the people around her when it comes to dealing with little problems. She knows which cushion the prickly cat in the common room prefers, how to calm down angry first years and what to say when someone is about to break down because of a test. It’s not second nature to her, it doesn’t come naturally -- she simply observes people and tries to make sure they are doing well.

What about her personality? There isn’t a lot to say except sweet. Eirwen doesn’t have a very developed personality, she spends so much time thinking about other people, that she doesn’t notice the deficiencies in herself. It makes her a good listener because she doesn’t have a lot to talk about, which some people appreciate.

She should be in Hufflepuff. She argued to be in Slytherin because she knew it would make her parents happy.

She is all about other people!! Except when she is buying clothes. She likes pretty dresses.

ex-girlfriend/friend with benefits -- Eirwen is bisexual but keeps that hidden. Gimme a girl who either got pissed at Eirwen for keeping their relationship a secret, or a developing relationship. Bonus points if the girl is a roommate.

friends -- honestly, i like giving my characters a lot of friends. It’s nice and healthy. So... befriend her.

Sometimes she starts conversations in what appears to be the middle of one, or she’ll circle back to a conversation you had an hour ago…a day ago…a week ago…with no lead up. You’ve got to figure out what the hell is going on

this is the result of me having a week where i did nothing but worry about the future and rewatch the horror film orphan, whilst in the midst of my hp phase  ( how long can it have been going on before i stop calling it a phase? )

for reference this is isabelle fuhrman,    she is one of the loml  &  so underused that it’s criminal.  low key i realised whilst giffing her that she’d also make a great pansy fc bc with the fringe she looks like the ootp pansy.    buuuuuut anywho...

this is maude,    pronounced like ‘mord’ & she’s the spawn of millicent bulstrode.    one of the two slytherin females that were actually named.     is she like her mother?     umm probably not. millicent was all rough & tumble,   ‘i’m gonna flatten you’.   maude is more like ‘if i do fall on you it’s probably bc i fell over i’m so damn clumsy’

so how did she come to be?    this is where i’m making up stuff so bear with.    basically after leaving hogwarts millicent grew up & tried to do something with her life but she wanted to be loved.   legit maude’s father was the first dude who called millicent beautiful so she fell harD.  unfortunately he was a prick who left when millicent fell pregnant bc ‘why would i bring a child in the world with you?    it might have your face’

TW: MINOR EMOTIONAL ABUSE:   

maude was born & much to millicents dismay she was really cute.  ( bc isabelle fuhrman is adorkable mmkay ) .   so she named her maude bc she thought it sounded ugly.  grew to resent her quite a lot so decided to crush all her childish dreams.   millicent was a really demanding mother who kinda teetered on the edge of being emotionally abusive 24/7.  she made maude do things for her a lot. barely let her leave the house. maude gave as good as she got though, which didn’t make things easier.  it was not a loving household

when maude was nine, her mother tried a beauty charm to make herself pretty but it backfired. leaving her face disfigured.  after attempting to hide away, maude contacted the ministry thinking that they would make her better. instead it was incurable & millicent felt ashamed. she was also furious at maude.   millicent was put in st. mungos,  maude was shipped off to scotland to live with anges doyle,  maude’s great aunt  ( who i totally made up )  

agnes is like strict but secretly soft   ( like marilla in the beginning on ‘anne with an e’ for anyone who knows what that is )  she’s pretty skilled as a witch & incredibly determined. she’s a good person though.   enjoys rolling her eyes at blood purity nonsense like ‘it’s all the same color isn’t it?’   also hates her niece millicent, so she has some things in common with maude.

they’re like total besties now.    if agnes knew what the word meant. she takes her down to london every year to get school supplies,  occasionally they go to visit millicent but only when the doctors are like ‘yeah she’s been sedated recently.’

regarding her schooling she’s ace at potions.   like she knows the right things to add without even glancing twice at the instructions.  she’s got this real knack for getting things right as well.  she’s so damn perceptive that she knows what’s going to happen before most people do.  some probably think she’s psychic but it’s low key because she spends so much time watching & listening to people.   

is a member of the slug club bc good old horace loves her.   also a member of the potions club.

did i mention she will never back down from a dare?     like eveR.     dare her to jump of the roof?   ‘eh my bones will grow back’ . is always up for a bit of fun.  it’s the only reason she’s on the quidditch team tbh.   a pal was like ‘i dare you to join those imbeciles’  unfortunately she made the team

is a good person bc good slytherins exist!!!!!!     she’ll sometimes play up to the asshole slytherin trope but in general believes in following the light path bc she’s overheard a lot of bad people talking & she just doesn’t agree with any of their bullshit.

....also agnes would kill her for being a dumbass if she was on the dark side

hey all! i’m k and this is my cold, distant baby, elvera goyle. bio and some wanted connections under the cut! like this and i’ll come to you to plot!

- elvera grew up as a pure-blood with a loving family.

- all elvera felt while growing up, and still to this day, is an empty inside that she can’t shake. she doesn’t know where it comes from.

- elvera cares for no ones feelings, knows no empathy. the only time she feels anything, is when the thought of dark magic crosses her mind.

- dark magic, to elvera, is fascinating. she sees strength in it that she wants, and it’s more tempting to her every day.

- she doesn’t care about hurting people, has no concern for what other people feel around her. she does what she wants, when she wants. elvera has never severely hurt anyone, but she knows that she won’t care if she does.

- elvera can get angry, though. and when she’s angry, you do not want to tempt her. she’ll do whatever it takes to get the rage out of her system.

- elvera always had and continues to manage straight A grades, finding comfort in knowing that she’s doing the best of the best.

- there is emotion to be felt inside of elvera, but rarely anyone can get it out of her. after years of being made fun of for being too sensitive, she’s mastered pushing everyone, anything, and everything away.

- to make matters worse, she is a closeted bisexual who doesn’t know what to do about it.

the best friend: the only person that can make elvera laugh and feel happy, though it falters out of her system quickly. they are joined at the hip and always together.

the casual ex (male): someone elvera thought made her happy, which would’ve changed quickly. they likely ended after a short while because elvera wasn’t able show affection.

the “not” ex (male, since it was public): someone that everyone thought elvera was dating, which scared her. they brought emotions out of elvera that she had never felt before which scared her off, but their connection is so strong that she can’t stay away.
