is ghostbur a thing in GDF AU? (random thought i had 1 sec ago im so bored that im gonna talk more sorrynotsorry)

Since people can't kill each other in the region and ghosts aren't really a thing in genshin, I think he wouldn't be much except like a Wilbur skin or something? I've also considered making him a separate character, but that would just be way too complicated, even if he sort of does feel like a completely different person.

Unless you have an idea of how to incorporate him and other ghosts in a way that fits, I'd say all of them would just be skins available for their respective characters.

Maybe a world quest explaining that they look like that in flashes of visions they get in situations where they would've lost their last life, i. e. When Wilbur got stabbed he had a vision of Ghostbur, which is a glimpse into what would've happened if the region's gimmick didn't exist
