Some moments I am either proud of, feel stronger, or even a tad sexy… doubled my plank time (and look how straight it is!). 💥 The first time anyways. Added wall sits for my thighs and ass. I did yoga earlier this morning than normal, before taking the dog out or making coffee, and learned my glucose spikes along w that damn tachycardia during exercise. :/ STRESS. Damn. Or the Halo top last night, and I even stuck to the one serving. 🤷♀️ My body just likes to surprise everyone I think. “Do yoga, it will decrease your stress… exercise, it will help your diabetes…” meanwhile my body is like “bitch, hold my coffee—I’ll jump back up 5 pounds in 24 hours and show you who’s boss.”
