Depending on the sim, is it normal if CAS takes forever-and-a-half to load? For some of my sims it takes mere seconds for CAS to load up but for others it takes close to two minutes which I find ridiculous. 

Could it be because of too many accessories and CC on the sim or could the sim be glitched? This has been a problem for me for a while but I haven’t really seen too many answers to this question even with some research :/

so as of now the colleges im going to apply to are: university of washington, university of kansas, ohio state university, university of wisconsin, and university of colorado.

my back ups are: university of minnesota and michigan state university

and the ones my parents are making me apply to but that i have a like 10% chance of getting in to are: university of michigan, boston university, kcai, syracuse university, and university of chicago (why)
