Man I've never been there. It looks really cool. I've actually never even heard of this place until now. Added to my photography list!
Yeah its a pretty off the radar location, from what I've seen the majority of its visitors are local. I only ever came across it a few years ago by chance when my ex and I were out cruising and got lost and we happened to drive by it. It probably isn't very well known because its not an official park or anything, just managed by the Bruce Trail Conservancy. Its a really hilly area with cliffs and rocky outcrops because of its proximity to the escarpment, its definitely worth making a day out of it to check out the whole area :-)
