Part of being an athletic mover is having the ability to generate great power from your hips. Having healthy strong hips & glutes allows the body to propel itself to move in different directions whether that be vertical from the ground, horizontal , or simulating sport specific moves, you name it. These slam ball moves have great carry for power & performance in weight training & bodyweight movement. 🙏🏾 ⏰ Go for 4 rounds. Rest for 30 secs between each move.
