I just pre-ordered my Sara shoes from the Tegan and Sara KeepShoes collaboration and I'm pretty pumped, I really wish I could have gotten the Macbeths but I love KeepShoes so my hurt is slightly mended.

I'll probably get the Tegan pair too but that'll have to wait for my next paycheck.

1) When can I buy the shoes? 2) I pre-ordered my shoe.  When will it be shipped? 3) What size should I order? 4) What if my address changes before my pre-ordered shoes ship? 5) Is this shoe vegan? 6) You're past collabs benefitted a non-profit, will this project support a non-profit?

1) When can I buy the shoes? The shoes are available now at our online shop. They are available as supplies last, this is an extremely limited project. Please note, all orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

2) I pre-ordered my shoe.  When will it be shipped? Your shoes have shipped. You will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number.

3) What size should I order? Our size chart is available here. 

4) What if my address changes before my pre-ordered shoes ship? No problem, you can send an email to [email protected] with your updated address. Please make sure to include your order number and the name under which the order was placed. Keep in mind, you CAN NOT change the colorway or size of your order once the pre-order period closes on Tuesday, February 11th at 11:59 PST.

5) Is this shoe vegan? Yes, all Keep shoes are vegan and cruelty-free and are produced in a factory audited by an international, third-party non-profit dedicated to monitoring working conditions.  A Keep representative is there on the line for every single production.

6) You're past collabs benefitted a non-profit, will this project support a non-profit? Yes it will! The non-proft that will be supported by this project will be announced in May when the shoes are released. The non-profit will be selected by the band.
