Migrane Day = Skip Day

Had such a mean migrane day and don’t know why. It made me skip my work out on my treadmill. It made me skip my guitar lesson. It made me skip to study for my final tomorrow. Instead it made me sleep for hours and eat like a monster. I feel full, fat, ugly, horrible and stupid as i‘m thinking of my final tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed i‘ll get through it somehow appropriately, fingers crossed I can catch up on my workout and guitar lesson tomorrow and fingers crossed I will have a day without any headaches!
