This leads to new situations and challenges which did not exist before. Technology comes as a saviour to these new challenges. Every day when land is getting smaller to fulfil the basic need of living, High rise apartments have replaced the independent house. With the booming growth in apartments, a new kind of challenge has come up.
Inspiration
Security with flexibility is a new challenge. A normal society of 1500 flats are leaving for office and a lot of helpers like Maid and visitor are coming at the same times. It becomes a challenge to manage such a high volume of people moving with no compromise to security. This is forcing many to relook if their current security measures are in place. And, this is fairly so. Just like no city is immune, no community is either. This fear and real risk affect every type of building — residential, commercial, and institutional facilities alike. traditional means of handling security at gated communities via registers and landline telecom is no longer effective. Looking at the situation, a group of IITian founded company came up with an idea of a device that can solve these problems.
Here we Come
that’s how KEESZ came into existence. KEESZ has the ability to automate and digitise all the tasks at the gate for security. Technology KEESZ comes a long way in the past decade and still evolving. KEESZ has all the advantages of a highly technical team to secure the need for security solution which is fast and unbreakable. The solution is simple because we leverage something that everyone uses on a daily basis — a smartphone. A smartphone at the resident end and a device at guard end are enough to get the highest desired security. The app has been designed and thought out in a way that it handles a lot of potential high-risk security scenarios very easily. And the best part is that there is no huge capital investment or high maintenance required for the communities to get on board with the app.
