Prrp... prrp... bonks his head against Lance's bunker door.
Lance blinks awake slowly and stares at his door for a few long ticks. The bonking sound continues. He lets out a little noise of confusion, and then he’s sliding out of bed, sleepily stumbling over to the door, and slides it open.
Blink.
Blink, blink.
Slow, amused little smile.
“...Morning to you too, Keith.”
oh we doing favourite/memorable parts in your fics? fuck, literally all of them. i’m currently in the middle of rereading burgundy (for the i think 6/7th time?) before i move onto cosmic dust. i LIVE for so many moments in your voltron & atla fics but i love the part where burg!keith trains the trio & gives pidge extra water. the part in cosmic dust where keith meets lance & hunk. p much all of shiro & keith interactions in desert born. zuko telling toph his name in kintsugi. anytime the gaang get baffled by zuko in heart of the dragon (& when zuko dismisses anything iroh tells him). i just— so many to choose from.
!!!
thank you so much, anon! always love hearing when people think my fics have reread value!!
hopefully I should have a cosmic dust update ready to go by the time you get around to finishing that reread so look forward to it!!!
It’s Fine Press Friday!
This week we present Antony & Cleopatra, a tragedy by William Shakespeare, with an introductory essay by Keith Please. The book was designed and produced by Ron King for his Circle Press Publications in Guildford, England, in 1979 in an edition of 300 copies, 5 H.C. copies, 40 Artist’s Proofs, and ten marked Circle Press held for presentation. It includes over 30 screen-prints by Ron King, including screen-printed handwriting annotations by Keith Please. All copies are signed by the artist. Walter Taylor assisted in the setting of the text in 10 pt. Baskerville and the press-work was done by John Coleman. The paper is pure rad-made 250 gsm Velin Cuve Rives Blank, and the book is housed in a box designed and made at The Dorest Bookbinding Co. by Paul Haskell.
