Plus, we are.....friends, I suppose.❞ The term, friend, sounded weird in Vetra's mouth as she spoke. A term she hardly uttered without meaning it exactly. And she meant it. The Ryder twins are people she came to call as friends as time went on by. Then again, she didn't have many friends. Allies, sure, but not friends, given her occupation.

WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS / ACCEPTING. / istvan stares into the fathomless depths of wool-shuttered eyes. there is definitely something suspicious going on, sheep-wise, but he cannot for the life of him figure out what it is.

the surrounding sunlit wetlands do give istvan a sense of wrongness, though he isn't certain that can't be blamed on their run in with ethel earlier. there was more to her than met the eye - perhaps now he is just looking for danger around corners that do not, in fact, obscure any danger at all.

if there is some innuendo at work here, it's too obscure for him to catch - so, in spite of the feeling there might be something more going on, he finds a goblet, and then a bottle, and then-

Or Terence is flirting with Jaal, though he's not going to catch on. Well, unless it is explained to him, even if he may not entirely understand it exactly. Humans are quite weird when it came to flirting if and when he is told. Right now, concern could faintly be seen in those eyes of his, growing more and more as the silence stretched onwards.

One hand moving to call upon Lexi, ready to hit the send button. It's likely she isn't too busy outside of a few papers to go through.

Cons:

Although his emotions are open and clear to read - and why should he be ashamed of showing any kind of emotions - they can be quite bad. Blinding even. I mean look at what happens when you don't save the facility. He grows mad at Ryder, though he should understand why it must have been done in a soldiers' perspective.

Pros:

Jaal doesn't have anything to hide from you in terms of emotions. What he feels, he feels deep down. I know this can be a bit difficult to accept, given other species are not like the Angarans. At the same time, he is free with his emotions.

What a sweetheart and a romantic. He will gift you things that you may like, he will recite poetry, he will even say a romantic line (or a cheesy line), the list goes on.

Cons:

A bit rough around the edges. As someone who dealt with stuff like smuggling and mercenaries work, she may be hard upon opening up to. It's not as hard as one thinks, but the point still stands.

Pros:

You have earned a scary dog girlfriend. No need to worry about people trying to mess with you. She is right there, ready to kick someone's ass if and when needed to. With permission, of course.

❝No! I mean, I'll be fine. You or Lexi have to drag me back to bed if you want me to take it easy.❞ Or fall to the ground, ready to pass out.

Teresa's vision already filling with black dots, thickened near the edge and ready to fill the rest. It only made her grind her teeth as she carefully moved away from her brother, heading to the door. Everything is spinning.....

She came to a halt, taking deep breaths, allowing everything to go back to normal. Then, she's back to moving. A few stops to repeat the cycle, only halting a final time when the door made a sound and opened for her upon being closer.

❝I have things to do and there's not enough time to get it done.❞ She couldn't bring herself to depend on anyone else. She's a Pathfinder after all.
