i’ve been trying out this spread style instead of fully focusing on trying to make things look nice. so far it’s been very stress free in trying to organize my day.

the spread style was inspired by reading The Bullet Journal Method by Ryder Carroll and How to Become a Straight-A Student by Cal Newport. A combination of the methods introduced in each book.

First day of work for the new year! I did not get everything completed by the end of last year but I plan to catch all the current paperwork up to 2019 and then go back and try to figure out how to solve the problems.

Today I went on my first lunch run. It’s an exciting feeling being able to go out and get lunch.

I am in extreme pain from crossfit. I can’t walk normally without my thighs killing me. However, it’s a good type of pain. The type that lets you know at least the workout is working.

I finished the day by going to crossfit, despite this pain. It was a struggle but everyone there is so supportive.

Christmas Break Goals🎄

- Revise Korean vocabulary

- Complete at least one book

- Start going to crossfit again

- Fix my sleep schedule. (Wake up at 6AM daily, go to bed by 10PM)

- Tidy up my house

- Become active on Studyblr

- Get into the habit of studying vocabulary daily.

- Get back into the habit of logging down my meals in MyFitnessPal

- Get into the habit of opening habitica and becoming active in the groups on there.

- I want to start becoming active with other Studyblrs and on Reddit.

I am so bad at keeping up with this challenge. But I am determined to keep restarting it till I get 100 consecutive productive days.

Today I have no classes, came into the library early at 6:30am-ish to start working on completing my math topics for the day. It’s very rainy today.

Planned to do more but with the excruciating pain of my cramps I ended up sleeping. ;’(

It’s the third week of school and I’m proud of myself for attending all my classes on time.

Math class was great, I feel like I’m getting more involved with my Japanese class and these little study groups we hold before class is very helpful. I’m glad I’m starting to be more social. Crossfit so far is going well. I went to my second day of basic training. Crossfit really brings me out of my comfort zone, but hopefully I get results.

Slowly but surely trying to better myself.
