16. Are there any popular ships in your fandom that you dislike? 

I’m probably gonna get hate for this, but I’m not really fond of Shepard/Garrus as a romantic ship. Part of it has to do with how I view him from my canon play through. It’s hard to see him as anything other than my Shepard’s best friend. then there’s part of the fandom that just makes me want to stay away from the romance. There are a lot of fans that try and tear other characters and romances down just to build up the one with Garrus. And it makes me sad. You don’t have to do that. You don’t have to tear down Kaidan to make Garrus look good. It’s just not needed. I dunno. 

17. Who was your first OTP and are they still your favorite? 

My first OTP ever? Probably Ron/Hermione from Harry Potter. I shipped that shit so hard before I even really knew what shipping was. Like I think I called that happening back when I read Prisoner of Azkaban back in 2005 (God I’m old). And I was so mad in Half-Blood Prince when Ron kissed Lavender Brown.I was so livid. Haha. Anyway, they’re not really my number one anymore, but I still very much love the pairing. They’re probably still in my top favorite pairings of all time. 

45. If someone were to read one of your fics, which one would you recommend and why?

Probably You’ll Never Find Out or Ten Things You Would Tell Your Past Self. 

Honestly because it’s some of my best writing ever. I think that I really did good capturing the emotions and a consistent pattern in the writing. I don’t know. I’m just really proud of both of those fics. 

49. How did you get into reading/writing fan fiction?

I don’t remember exactly how. But I remember Googling something Harry Potter related. It was after the Deathly Hallows came out and I was so sad it was over. I stumbled across a blog that claimed it was “Harry Potter fanfiction” so I got curious and searched it. I ended up finding harrypotterfanfiction.com. I signed up and started searching around and I found a James/Lily fic called “Run”. (I was going to link it but it appears it’s been deleted within the last year. I am really sad about this.) I have read it more than once since and it was never disappointed. 

Anyway, it made me want to read more and eventually write my own. So I just found out it was deleted and I’m actually really sad about this.

98. If you could be any non-Human ME species, which and why?

Either asari (because hey, natural biotics!) or turian (because they are kind of cool).

99. Would you be a Spacer, Colonist, or Earthborn citizen?

All three have a certain charm, but I think either Earthborn or Spacer, with a slight preference for Spacer maybe. 

100. Alliance/Military, Mercenary, or Civilian?

It really was a pain to get open though! Like wth. Maybe that’s what took so long for it to come; intense packaging.

BioWare suddenly took lessons from Dark Souls or something: you will earn your lithograph with sore fingers, and you will like it!

Moon Stone:What Pokemon would you like to see gain an evolution?

Most of the Pokemon that I want to have evolutions, now have mega evolutions. So excluding ones with mega evolutions, I think that Hawlucha could be neat with an evolution.

Dusk Stone:Do you prefer fully evolved Pokemon, or unevolved Pokemon?

I tend to really like unevolved Pokemon for just appearance and personality. I appreciate the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games a lot for making it so easy to use unevolved Pokemon.

Since I just read your fic with her, Teyla Shepard 14, 23, 43 (minus the prude part) and 86 :)

FIRST OF ALL, THIS TOOK FOREVER AND I AM SORRY. 

Second, this is way longer than I intended. Sorry. :D

14. Do they have someone they consider to be family even if they aren’t blood related? What is there favorite moment with this person? What makes them special?

Okay, so, for Teyla, who was born on Earth and an orphan, her crew is her family. They are the most important people in the world to her and she would walk through hell and back for them. But if she had to pick one of them above all others (besides Kaidan, of course) it would be Garrus. 

From the very beginning, Teyla and Garrus hit it off. Even though Garrus liked to pretend he was serious and never had any fun at all, Teyla saw through that and threw friendly digs his way. Garrus, eventually, couldn’t help but do the same. Even though on the surface, their friendship looked like a lot of fun and games, they really did confide in each other. Besides Kaidan, Garrus was the only one she could talk about her grief about Virmire with, she trusted Liara, but you know, things were awkward with them at first. 

Garrus was the first one to rejoin her after Cerberus brought her back. I headcanon that he didn’t exactly agree with them, but he trusted Shepard? If that makes sense? Anyway, for awhile, he was the only one she had. She couldn’t contact Kaidan, Miranda and Jacob both felt like the enemy and she was slowly but surely acquiring the rest of her crew. Garrus was there when she had nightmares about floating in endless space, gasping for air. They would stay up playing poker and just talking. And they never felt anything more than platonic love for each other. 

Garrus was really supportive of Teyla after what happened on Horizon. She was a mess, as much as she hated to be. And he offered her support. And he as one of her rocks through out the entirety of Three. Their friendship is really important to Teyla’s story and he is such a important part of Teyla’s life. He’s her brother. There’s no Shepard without Vakarian. 

And their favorite (canon) moment with them is when they go to the top of the Citadel and play target practice. Teyla isn’t always the best with her emotions and it was one of the first times she really let Garrus know what he meant to her. 

23. Does your character know any languages apart from their native one? Do they have a desire to learn any? 

Teyla’s a smart woman, she picked up a handful or phrases from a lot of different languages during her time on the streets. But she never really learned an entire language until she joined the Alliance. She never had the resources. 

Once she joined the military, I feel like she learned simple phrases from the well known races, so she could better communicate with them. When she got closer with Tali, she really found herself loving he quarian language and during her six months on Earth, she sort of convinced Vega to teach her Spanish. And she often jokes that Kaidan taught her to speak “Canadian”. 

43. What are they like when they’re drunk?

Teyla’s a social drinker and she doesn’t usually get drunk for the most part. I headcanon that the reason most of the crew knows that she can’t dance is because she got way too drunk with them one night. She can get pretty wild, and that’s pretty much when she lets loose the most. 

86. Do they have anything they consider a good luck charm?

Okay. I have the cheesiest headcanon about this. Please don’t laugh at me. So I have this heacanon that before the final battle on Earth, Teyla and Kaidan traded dog tags. It would be like, if they got separated during the fight, a piece of each other would be with them all the time and that was her good luck charm.
