#Bhavangad or #Bhawangad (also known as #Bhavanigad locally is equidistant from with Kelve or Saphale. We went by a hired multi-seater vehicle from Palghar station & back. 85/- per head for a group of 7 & total 600/-. This fort is on a small hillock, that is easily climbed within 10 minutes. It is bounded by a fence and a gate protects its entrance. The temple of the deity is immediately in the front after you enter the arched entrance. The fort is in ruins. The specialty of this fort is that no cementing material like lime or anything has been used to bind the huge square stones used to build this fort! There is a cave, one inside the other on the the opposite side of the arched entrance.
Start from Kelve to cycle all your way upto Satpati Port (beach):
Bhawangad Fort > Kelve Sea Fort > Kelve Beach Fort > Mahim Fort > Shirgaon Fort > Satpati Port.
Ein Song der Euphorie mit Dankbarkeit verbinden soll. Der Text ist etwas älter und daher nicht auf dem technischen Höchstlevel, aber er kommt von Herzen.
