A new KemonoQ demo is coming!
New content, polished mechanics and an improved storyline, KemonoQ will be getting a new demo soon!
Today we would like to go over the improvements we have made since the last public version!
KemonoQ now runs at a much larger resolution! 1280*800 to be precise, allowing for less cramped rooms and better spacing in the UI and texts!
Enemies have been redrawn entirely, gone are the upscaled sprited monsters the concept demo featured!
Likewise, the general navigation and feel of the UI has been improved to reflect the flow of battle better!
General mechanics have also received major changes! We have gotten rid of innate character skills to place a higher focus on regular attacks, the use of effects and artifacts. We will have a more indepth post regarding all this changes later on!
Waypoint checkpoints have been implemented in dungeons for ease of navigation!
Various effects and artifacts have been fixed and rebalanced, matching the changes done to the core gameplay KemonoQ featured, and outright fixing bugs many of them had in the concept demo!
Also In the visual department, we have brand new original attack animations more characteristic of our characters!
And as mentioned earlier, major changes were made to the overall plot, with new characters added in, and various concepts reworked!
