Brendon went out of his way to visit a store that was a drive away, instead of going to his local and starting rumors; he briefly considered telling Miley what he was doing, without dropping Kendall in any shit, on the off chance someone would see him and start spreading bullshit then at least she could be prepared for it. He honestly didn’t much know what he was looking at. There were so many brands, and different types he must’ve stood reading the backs of the boxes for a good 15 minutes. He put himself in her shoes for a moment, he figured if it was him he’d want to be sure, so he got one of the regular tests and one of the digital ones, and even if she didn’t want to do both she’d have a choice at least. He diverted himself via the snacks before checking out then went back to his car and drove to Kendall’s home with the bag on the passenger side. Brendon had enough candy to feed a small family, he did also grab some Calypso drinks too... in hindsight perhaps more than necessary but Kendall had an important job to do.
