Seventeenth Day in Taiwan
July 18-- Kending
My blogs are late because my hotel's wifi is really bad </3 I remember 叶老师 said the blog for July 18th was optional tho :D I'm still doing it because 我好爱yap.
We went to the southernmost tip of Taiwan. Our rest stop halfway into the road trip was super cute. It was at a beach. The water was so blue, and the shores were very rocky. Every time there was a wave the sound was so crunchy like ASMR. There were also some turtles!
Our next stop was a beach. It was really pretty. White sand and blue water! However, the typhoon alarm already went off, so the locals said it was too dangerous to swim. They also kicked out anyone who was already in the water. Terry 叔叔 bought us coconuts to drink from to cheer us up, though!
Our next stop was the Eluanbi Lighthouse. The trek up there was crazy because of how rainy it was. There was a sculpture on the trail, and it looked like a mix of a kidney bean and a fetus. When we got to the lighthouse, we were all very wet. We only stayed for a little bit, then we left.
Our last stop was Eluanbi National Park. We went to the cliffs near the beach. During a typhoon... crazy work. The wind was so strong, and it almost blew me away (so skinny wowwww). The red dirt was blowing into our faces, and it felt like bullets. We took pictures, but they all look bad because the wind was making our hair fly everywhere.
The rest of the trip was just driving. I didn't go out even though it was a Friday night. All I did was eat dinner and sleep </3
