Today was the end of my 2nd week in DiveInn, which means that I’ve 2 more weeks here. I knew I was going to miss here already :’( 

I missed out the morning dive with MoonSun and Lumi as I forgot to set the morning alarm. Even though I did woke up at midnight to check Chelsea’s match result, which was a total disasterous lose to Bournemouth. 

9a.m. GuangAn came back with his gf,Lulu and we decided to go WeiYuQu. It was my 11th dive. It was always a fun dive diving with coach little-green. He pulled off my fin this time and I pulled off his mask and a fin as return. Besides, we also took turn to took off each other’s fins and turn off the oxygen tank as well. I enjoyed being underwater same as how much I stay up on mountain do. 

3p,m, We went to the 2nd dive of the day at HeJie. It was my 12th dive and 3rd dive in Hejie. It was a famous dive site for it’s beautiful coral reefs and tropical colourful fishes. I witnessed two sea turtle this time. One was in 30m deep site and another was pretty close at the surface when we are heading back the shore. Besides, I personal encountered into my favourite clown fishes and it’s coral home. I enjoyed looking at them swimming and hiding in and out from the coral and staring at me sometimes. 

9p.m. Went to Kending Street with GuangAn, Lulu and Coach Little-Green.

12a.m. Coach MoonSun finally registered a OWD liscence for me and it will be arriving in 2days! 

It was a tired but fullfilling day as well. I hope the days here don’t end so fast.

sunday(28.1.19)

Woke up at 630a.m. to go for morning dive(5th dive) with coach little green and the gang. Went to HeJie. The walk to the shore was a little bit challenging. We jump into the ocean from the rocky shore. The visibility in the water was not very ideal and the water current is a little bit strong in the end of dive.

11a.m. Went to 2nd dive with the same gang(6th dive). The dive site is at ChuShuiKou. The water was much more clearer this time and the coral was much more colourful to be seen. The arrangement of the coral was in square arrangement. I was better in controlling my balance in the water this time. Besides, we bumped into 3 turtles in this single dive. I was extremely lucky to witness such a number of turtles in my first 6th dive. One of the turtle swam pass right infront of me. Besides, we had a fun time playing around in a coral reefs group.

12p.m. Came out from the water and had curry rice lunch.

8p.m. Went to night market for dinner.

9p.m. Watched mortal engine. It was a tired but fullfilling and fun day.

Today marked the 10th day of me in DiveInn@HengChun. Knew Xiao Girl, Monkey and JunJun who came back here for weekend holiday from Taipei. It was a great time here and the people here are nice and great as well, especially coach little green,who was the first person I met in DiveInn. Went 6 dive even before I got my liscence due to him, which I appreciate very much. 4 more oxygen tank of class left to go. 6 dive in my first 10 days here. Pretty much impressed as I witness 5 turtles and different kind of cute and colourful fishes in total.

Living a magic life~Day 2

Today was D-2 in Dive Inn. The university students were leaving after lunch. In the morning, I woke up the earliest again to a long awaited breakfast for the whole night. Got a bonus sunny egg from the working mate. Four toast for breakfast: Chocolate, French garlic, Blueberry and Half-cooked sunny eggs on top of French cheese. A very satisfying morning breakfast which makes me longing for the next breakfast again. 

10a.m. Clean the workers dorm from a mess of rubbish+luggage box+paper bags etc, soaked blanket on the floor, plenty of dead bugs+living cockcroaches in the space to a tiny arranged and fresh room. Took me some moment to finish the tidy work till lunch time.

230p.m. After the students leave, the little-green coach decided to give me a lecture on Open Water Diving(OWD) and bring me for a trial dive later on 3pm! The news is simply excitement! After some brief introduction, I ride on a lorry back with the others and went to the shore nearby for a trial dive experience. I was carried by the coach in the first place and slowly guided by him down into the ocean depth. I was a little bit nervous at first when the fin was fixed on my leg as I am not very well in controlling them based on past experience. Besides, I am also worried that the water pressure would break my ears drum hence I was a little bit nervous in controlling the balance of pressure in my ears. A turtle came in to our sight out from nowhere in the sudden and the gang was in full excitement. It was my first time diving(First dive) and it was definitely extremely lucky for me to encounter into a sea turtle in first attempt! On top of that, the massive coral groups and swarming school of fishes beneath my eyes attract me very much as well.

5p.m. Back to Dive Inn and helped out in the kitchen to prepare dinner with a Malaysia diving coach:)

8p.m. Went to the KenTing night street with the gang from DiveInn. Tried out the famous fried milk cake and take-away three massive freshly baked pizza for supper. Back to the dive center and had a short ppt lecture session about in OWD course with Teacher Lil-green. :)

130a.m. Having some sweet times watching the Derby match. ARS vs CHE

Living a magic life~Day 1

24 hours since my arrival in Dive Inn@HengChun, Taiwan. 

Finally got a clearer(but still blur) idea of what I am going to do as a working holiday part time here in the dive center. Basically is prepare breakfast and the rest of the meal, cleaning after breakfast, keeping the space clean and tidy, and works end at roughly 4pm. After 4pm, the coach in the shop might bring us out for diving or snorkeling experience out in the ocean. 

Environment in the dive center: It was quite some distance away from the city center tho. The workers and coach in the shop take turn to go out on ride to buy essential and raw materials for daily meals. The meals in a day are all self-prepared. There is a big black dog in the shop call Goo-gle:) which is pretty awesome as it is big and tall, which is definitely my kind of dog. The sleeping dorm is a mixed room where a stranger guy is going to sleep next to me for the next one month. The environment is pretty relaxed and chill where the sound of the strong wind and breeze were heard outside all the time.  17th Jan: I’ve faced some crisis before reaching the dive center. Luckily everything turned out well after picked up by the diving coach from the center and also aid from my sister.  

18th Jan: I went to the first outdoor activity with the group. The female coach brought all of us in the shop to a bay for some cliff jumping and snorkeling activity. Didn’t expect to experience such a fun activity in my first day here! It was windy but the weather is still acceptable. We walked down a sandy little beach with coverage of shrubs to a “secret” kind of bay where we are the only passenger when we reached(but not after some while). It’s my first time wearing a diving wet suit as well. Feeling pretty good snorkeling in the ocean and sweeping through the coral reefs underneath the water. It was extremely cool and I am doing it free and easy!haha. I tried cliff jumping from a short height as well. The experience was not very good as I was wearing my contact lens and I have to take care of my sight after jumping off the cliff which makes me looks a little bit clumsy. Doesn’t mind to try it again next time with a power-sighted mask! Have some good time flowing with the waves observing the little fishes swimming underneath me in the water:) Was a quiet and relax afternoon with the gang.
