The reason why kdot used the nico footage is that kendrick (closeted and cheating on his wife) thought he was the only one lewis was seeing during the silver war only to discover that lewis was sleeping with nico the whole time. The choice of his track loyalty is actually to say that lewis is a cheater and failed to be loyal to either kendrick or nico and kdot uses the nico footage to stand in solidarity with side chicks around the world.
