Makoto liked both Junpei and Kenji, so I chose to make him confess to Junpei, but then he didn't even show up.

I reloaded the game and this time chose Kenji, then Noelle and Bianca appeared, and Kenji rejected all of them.

i get so heated about kenji’s social link oh my god. reload already changed a lot why not rewrite that to better reflect who he is in literally every other interaction he has outside of it

the concept of kenji and yukari crossing paths in their adult lives (kenji as a fashion designer is brought to work on one of yukari’s movie sets) and them bonding over their loss but also yukari harboring a deep guilt because kenji doesn’t know the true nature of makoto’s death

by far the funniest thing about kenji is that in his weekend hangouts he genuinely flames makoto for his fashion and he is 100% correct every time.

it’s always been weird that vanilla p3 had no male sees social links because it made it so that makoto didn’t seem to be very close to any of the dudes on sees. like canonically, as angry as this makes people, kenji is his best friend 😭. (ofc there’s also yukari but that’s hard for me to count when the writers clearly intended for her to be the canon love interest)

if kenji cares so much about fashion why isn’t his social link about teaching makoto how to actually make a good fit instead of 10 reps of “I gotta get groomed.”
