She is the second oldest department in Western El Salvador. Her elder is Sonsonate, who has been around since the colonial period. She was forced to care for her junior Ahuachapán and as a result, they share many key industries. While their relationship has improved, it does tend to drop whenever football is involved. She often gets involved whenever El Salvador gets into spats, only because she's a shit stirrer and she just happens to host the second most economically important city in the country. She hosts 13 other cities/villages, who she often has mixed relations with. Her most complicated relationship is with Metapán, whose cheese and creams she heavily enjoys but cannot stand her arrogance; followed up by the city of Santa Ana for the latter reasons. Thinking about how an argument against aro/ace people getting discriminated against is "but they aren't doing anything" and like... that's the point. If you did something to deserve the treatment you are getting, we call that a consequence and that is a very different thing.

But it also brings up other questions like... do people think that people need to do something to be discriminated against? The whole point is that it's unfair and arbitrary??!
